TRLabs Adjusts Management Structure

March 20, 2009 -- Edmonton – TRLabs has announced structural changes to its executive team, creating new Vice President positions for each of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, and a new Vice President Industry Services position.

Dr. Rainer Iraschko has been appointed Vice President Alberta in addition to his current role as Vice President Research and Director Calgary Operations. David Schroeder has been appointed Vice President Saskatchewan in addition to his current role as Director Regina Operations. Len Dacombe has been appointed Vice President Manitoba in addition to his current role as Director Manitoba Operations. Dr. David Antoniuk (former Director Business Development) moves to Director Business Development, Alberta to exclusively focus on the sizeable Alberta research and development market. The appointments are effective immediately.

The Vice President Industry Services position is being actively recruited. In addition, ongoing recruitment for a permanent President & CEO has been extended, with an appointment anticipated in June, 2009.

"This adjustment reflects our geographical presence, and is therefore designed to enhance TRLabs' relationships with its government, industry and academic partners by establishing clear accountability for these relationships at a provincial and local level," said TRLabs Interim President & CEO Jeff Rohne.
