I have forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

I know there is new content on the website but I can not see it?

Web browsers store temporarily many parts of websites you visit in your local cache (normally on your hard drive), to increase web viewing performance. Depending on the configuration of your browser and the time between new content being placed on the website you may see older portions of the web site.

How to refresh your browsers cache quickly (Netscape, Internet Explorer, Firefox).

Go to the page you want to check for the newest version of the content (i.e http://www.trlabs.ca/trlabs/) hold down the control (Ctrl) button on your keyboard (Option key on Macintosh) while clicking on the Refresh (or Reload) button on your toolbar. This will will cause the browser to bypass the local cache and ask the website if there is a newer version available.
