Disruptive Technology Challenge
Update
And the Winner is... Dr. Pramanik
At the June TRLabs Board meeting, the Board approved the DTC Selection Committee’s recommendation that the submission – A Nano-spintronic Memory Circuit Patterned at 10^12 bits/cm^2 – from Dr. Pramanik of the University of Alberta win the TRLabs’ Disruptive Technology Challenge. With twenty-two submissions from five universities and two rounds of selection, winning the award is quite an achievement indeed. Details on the winning submission may be found in TRLabs June Infini.t. newsletter.
